Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the com777 online gaming platform, accessible at https://com777.click and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the com777 brand ("the Platform"). The terms "com777", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Platform. The terms "you", "your", and "Player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers with, or places any wager on the Platform.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with com777. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over. com777 actively enforces this requirement. If we have reason to believe that a registered user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds deposited during that period will be returned via the original payment method, minus any winnings generated. Winnings generated by an under-age account are not payable.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account at com777. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different phone numbers, different payment methods, or any other approach — is a serious violation of these Terms. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, com777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending bonuses without prior notice.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering at com777, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Residency

The com777 Platform is designed for and directed at players located in Pakistan. If you access the Platform from outside Pakistan, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your location. com777 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than Pakistan.

Account Security & Verification

3.1 Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your com777 account password and login credentials. com777 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you receive any communication asking for your password in the name of com777, this is a phishing attempt — do not respond and contact our support team immediately. Any wagers placed using your account login, whether by you or by someone else using your credentials, are your responsibility.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

com777 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above Rs 10,000 or at any stage where verification is considered necessary. Verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) requires you to submit a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (both sides), a selfie holding your CNIC, and proof of the payment method you intend to use for withdrawal. Verification documents are reviewed securely and are held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until documentation is received. This is a security measure to protect both com777 and its players from fraud.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

com777 monitors accounts for patterns that suggest fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or the use of automated software. If suspicious activity is detected, com777 reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation, withhold any pending withdrawals, and — where fraud is confirmed — close the account and forfeit all associated balances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

com777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). com777 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own fees independently.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at com777 is Rs 500 via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay, and Rs 1,000 via IBFT bank transfer or card. Daily deposit limits apply and vary by payment method and VIP tier. Players can view and adjust their deposit limits in their account settings at any time. Lowering a deposit limit takes effect immediately; raising a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 for mobile wallets and Rs 5,000 for IBFT. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a security measure against money laundering.

4.4 Withdrawal Refusals

com777 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where KYC verification is incomplete, where a chargeback has been filed on the account, where there is an active fraud investigation, or where the withdrawal would breach any applicable regulatory requirement. In such cases, the affected player will be notified and given an opportunity to resolve the issue before the withdrawal is processed or declined.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses offered by com777 — including but not limited to the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP bonuses — are subject to the wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. Where these Terms conflict with the specific bonus offer page, the specific offer terms take precedence for that individual bonus. General Terms apply in all other respects.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players at com777 are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus carries a 25× wagering requirement (combined deposit and bonus amount) before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration and wagered within 30 days of activation. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within 30 days results in the bonus balance being removed from your account, with the remaining real money balance unaffected.

5.3 Bonus Wagering Contributions

Different game types contribute differently toward bonus wagering requirements at com777. Jackpot slots, card games, and Aviator contribute 100% of each wager. Virtual sports contribute 80%. Placed wagers that are subsequently cancelled, voided, or refunded do not contribute toward wagering requirements regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

5.4 Cashback Bonuses

Weekly cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses over the Monday 00:01 to Sunday 23:59 Pakistan Standard Time window and are credited to your account the following Monday by 12:00 PST. Cashback is credited as bonus credit with a 1× wagering requirement. Cashback is not available on losses incurred while playing with bonus credit — only real money net losses qualify. VIP tier cashback percentages and monthly bonuses are governed additionally by the VIP Club Terms in Section 9.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

com777 does not permit bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, com777 will close the relevant accounts and forfeit all associated bonus and real-money balances without prior notice.

Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All games at com777 that involve an element of chance — including jackpot slots, card games, Aviator, and virtual sports — use certified random number generators (RNG) that produce statistically independent outcomes. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes, the size of your stake, the timing of your spin or bet, or any other factor within the player's control. The RNG used by com777 is independently tested and certified to international standards.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game at com777 has a minimum and maximum stake that is displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed. com777 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum stakes at any time. Changes take effect immediately and apply to all subsequent wagers placed after the change is implemented.

6.3 Voided Games

In the event of a technical fault, a software error, or a communication failure that affects the integrity of a game round, com777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes. Where a void cannot be determined due to incomplete data, the outcome will be reviewed and resolved at the discretion of com777, and the decision will be communicated to the affected player within 72 hours.

6.4 Game Outcome Disputes

If you believe a game outcome at com777 is incorrect, you must notify our support team within 7 days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after 7 days may not be actionable. com777 will review game logs and RNG records to resolve the dispute and will communicate the outcome within 14 days.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at com777 and will result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 18.
• Registering more than one account under any identity, whether real or fictitious.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in a way that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Conducting any activity that would constitute a criminal offence or expose com777 to civil liability.

Players automatically join the com777 VIP Club at Bronze tier upon registering. Tier advancement is based on loyalty points earned over a rolling 90-day period. The specific benefits, cashback percentages, monthly bonus amounts, and points earn rates for each tier are published on the VIP Club page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.1 Points Accumulation

Loyalty points at com777 are earned on real money wagers only. Wagers placed using bonus credit do not earn loyalty points. Points are credited to your account in real time as wagers are placed. Points cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value independent of the com777 points redemption system.

9.2 Points Redemption

Points may be redeemed for bonus credit at a rate of Rs 1 per point. Redeemed bonus credit carries a 1× wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable. The minimum redemption amount is 500 points (equivalent to Rs 500 in bonus credit). Redeemed points are deducted from your balance immediately and the transaction is non-reversible.

9.3 Tier Review and Downgrade

VIP tiers are reviewed on a rolling 90-day basis. If your points balance from the past 90 days falls below the threshold for your current tier, your tier will be adjusted to the tier corresponding to your actual 90-day balance at the next quarterly review. A maximum of one tier downgrade per review cycle applies. com777 will notify you 14 days before a scheduled tier downgrade so you have the opportunity to maintain your tier through continued play.

9.4 Personal Account Manager

Platinum and Diamond VIP members are assigned a dedicated account manager. The account manager is provided as a service enhancement and does not alter the Terms that apply to the account. Intellectual Property

All content on the com777 Platform — including but not limited to the com777 brand name and logo, game graphics and interfaces, website design, promotional materials, text, and software — is the intellectual property of com777 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, screen-scraping, or commercial use of any content on the Platform. Any breach of this section will result in account closure and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, com777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings due to connectivity issues, technical faults, or platform outages.

com777's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their com777 account in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While com777 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or security breaches. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to players in advance wherever possible.

Amendments & Account Termination

12.1 Amendments to Terms

com777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account at any time and withdraw your remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal terms in Section 4.

12.2 Player Account Closure

You may close your com777 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all KYC verification requirements are met. Bonus credit that has not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Termination by com777

com777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account immediately and without prior notice where these Terms have been breached, where fraud or criminal activity is suspected, where regulatory requirements demand account closure, or where continued operation of the account poses a financial or reputational risk to com777. In cases of account closure initiated by com777 where no breach of Terms is established, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which com777 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute between a player and com777 arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication with the com777 support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to independent arbitration. Players also retain the right to seek redress through any consumer protection mechanisms available to them as Pakistani residents, including reporting to relevant regulatory or consumer protection bodies.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any statutory rights that Pakistani consumers may have that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
